Holm Developments launches Holm Central in Jumeirah Garden City: 475 homes over an 80,000 sq ft podium

Holm Developments has launched Holm Central in Jumeirah Garden City. Two towers stand over a shared podium: a ground floor, two podium levels, eight residential floors and a roof. Tower A holds 236 homes and Tower B 239, so 475 in all.
The podium is the point of the scheme. It runs to 80,000 sq ft of landscaped deck and carries the pools, gardens and seating that the towers themselves do not have room for. A curved architectural element breaks the facade and reads as the building's signature from the street.
Homes come in three types across both towers: studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments with a maid's room. The mix is almost identical in each tower, with studios making up a little over half the building.

Amenities
A swimming pool and a separate kids' pool, a fitness centre, sauna and steam, podium gardens, a kids' play area and outdoor lounges. A BBQ and entertainment area sits on the podium, with further BBQ areas on the roof, alongside a yoga and wellness deck and a feature water element.
Payment
The schedule runs 10/25/65. Five per cent falls on booking and a further five on the sale agreement. Ten per cent follows three months from the launch date, then five per cent at nine, fifteen and twenty-one months. The remaining sixty-five per cent is due on handover.
Handover is stated as Q4 2029.
Location
Jumeirah Garden City is one of Dubai's established central districts, with Sheikh Zayed Road alongside it. The brochure puts La Mer Beach, Downtown Dubai and DIFC at five minutes, Dubai International Airport at fifteen, and Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina at twenty.
